About East End

Over the years, Washington, D.C.'s, East End has transformed itself into the main hub of the U.S. capital's entertainment and retail businesses. Mr. Dooley originally joined Tishman Speyer in 2001 to lead our regional leasing efforts in the DC Metro area. As Regional Leasing Director, he leased properties such as One Metro Center, 1325 G Street, 1099 New York Avenue, Woodland Pointe and Plaza East before leaving in 2014. Since rejoining in 2019, he is responsible for leading leasing and asset strategy for our DC Metro portfolio. Prior to rejoining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Dooley was the Chief Operating Officer with Carr Properties where he ran their Leasing, Marketing, Property Management, Asset Management and Construction Management groups.
