About Spotsylvania County

The Greater Fredericksburg region includes most of Spotsylvania County, Fredericksburg and Stafford County. And if Stafford County, a suburban submarket far removed from the District, touts lifestyle perks like healthy housing supply, affordable prices and lower taxes, then Spotsylvania is its southern sister in that marketing pitch.
