Joseph has successfully negotiated several million square feet of transactions on behalf of tenants spanning the office, retail, and industrial sectors, and presently represents over 3 million square feet of mixed-use commercial space throughout Brooklyn. Joseph sits on the Board of Directors for The Downtown Brooklyn Partnership. He is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Joseph was a professional baseball player in the Oakland Athletics organization. He is a graduate of Rutgers University.
