Rafael Notario specializes in providing owners and developers with expertise in lease negotiations, economic and financial analysis, and portfolio management. In his career to date, Mr. Notario has participated in more than 75 office lease transactions totaling over 600,000 square feet. Most recently, Rafael worked at Newmark Knight Frank as an Associate in the Asset Services Group in the Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Notario was previously a Leasing Analyst at Vornado/Charles E. Smith, where he worked directly with the Chief Leasing Officer in executing the leasing performance of a 20 million square foot office and retail portfolio in the greater Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Mr. Notario’s responsibilities include tracking prospective tenants in the market, evaluating market conditions, analyzing lease and sales comparables, and executing financial analyses.

Mr. Dooley originally joined Tishman Speyer in 2001 to lead our regional leasing efforts in the DC Metro area. As Regional Leasing Director, he leased properties such as One Metro Center, 1325 G Street, 1099 New York Avenue, Woodland Pointe and Plaza East before leaving in 2014. Since rejoining in 2019, he is responsible for leading leasing and asset strategy for our DC Metro portfolio. Prior to rejoining Tishman Speyer, Mr. Dooley was the Chief Operating Officer with Carr Properties where he ran their Leasing, Marketing, Property Management, Asset Management and Construction Management groups. With over 30 years of experience in real estate, Mr. Dooley has also held roles with Trammell Crow, JMB Realty Corporation, LaSalle Partners/JLL and Savills Studley.  He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Finance.  He holds broker’s licenses in DC, MD and VA.
