About Downtown Des Moines

Downtown Des Moines is a bustling community center featuring boutique shopping, music venues, award-winning restaurants and bars, parks, an impressive network of trails, and an abundance of museums and public art throughout the Pappajohn Sculpture Park. As Iowa’s largest city, Des Moines ranked fifth in Forbes’ annual ranking of “Best Places for Business and Careers” in 2017.
